Once a transaction is performed on the blockchain, it will take a variable amount of time to confirm by the blockchain and automatically process it by txbit. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.


It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (TxID) to check the status of the transaction on the corresponding blockchain explorer. (see examples of how to search search for TxID)


  • If your transaction shows “unconfirmed” on the blockchain explorer, then you must wait until it is processed by the blockchain before it begins confirming it. This is completely outside of txbit's control.
  • If you have made a transaction to txbit from another exchange, but did not receive a TxID, please contact customer service for that exchange.


If the transaction is confirmed by the Blockchain, but not credited to your txbit account, please open a support ticket, select appropriate reasons and attach the required information in the ticket.
