If you deposited wrong coins to your txbit coin address:

  1. Txbit generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service in normal circumstances.
  2. However, if you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited coins or tokens, txbit may assist you in recovering your coins or tokens. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time and risk. Please note, this is solely at our own discretion. 
  3. If you wish to request coin or token recover, please open a support ticket and provide: your txbit account email, coin name, address, amount, txid (Critical), transaction screenshot. Txbit support team will judge whether or not this is a justifiable retrieval, or if it is possible at all.
  4. If it is possible to recover your coins, it may require a lengthy and technical process that only authorised personnel are capable of. Please be patient as it may take a significant amount of time to recover your coins or tokens.
